Wall Art & Prints – Ocean Creatures and DIY Paper Sculptures
Step into an underwater gallery with our Wall Art & Prints collection, where every piece is inspired by the same whimsical marine characters that glow inside our lamps. From elegant whales and curious fish to floating jellyfish, these ocean-themed prints bring the luminous deep onto your walls and pair perfectly with Vasili Lights fixtures.
Alongside ready-to-hang prints, you’ll also find downloadable templates that let you print, cut and build your own 3D paper wall sculptures of sea animals. Turn flat sheets into sculptural jellyfish, whales or other ocean creatures, then display them next to your lighting for a playful, tactile installation.
Whether you’re styling a kids’ room, creating a statement wall in the living room, or looking for a creative gift, this collection offers both finished art and DIY paper craft so you can design a truly immersive marine-inspired space.
What you get, and what you do with it
How it works
You buy a file, not a box. After checkout you download a PDF, print it on your own printer, cut the pieces out, score the fold lines, and glue the edges together. Nothing is posted to you and nothing arrives in the mail, so you can start the same evening you buy it.
What you need at home
A printer, sheets of thick paper or card, a cutting tool, a scoring tool, a ruler, and glue. We recommend UHU All Purpose Adhesive or white PVA. That is the whole list. Every template is sized for A4, and each pack tells you exactly how many sheets to load.
On a wall, or from the ceiling
Some of these animals sit against a wall, where the folded facets catch the light from one side and leave the rest in shadow. Others hang on a thread from a hook or a small nail in the ceiling, and turn slowly in the air the way they would in water. The sea turtle does both. Every product page says which way its animal is meant to go, and that matters most with the jellyfish: there is one drawn for the wall and one drawn to hang.
Every pack includes a practice model
Before you commit to the full animal, you put together a small bonus piece first. It lets you test your glue, find out how your paper behaves when you score it, and get your hands used to the folds. Beginners finish their first real model with far fewer mistakes because of it, and the practice piece takes minutes rather than hours.
You choose the size
The templates print at A4 by default, and the finished animals range from a sea turtle you can hold in two hands to a dolphin longer than a metre. Resize the file before printing and the same template gives you something smaller for a shelf or larger for a bare wall. Print on coloured or patterned paper and no two people end up with the same piece.
Designed by hand, never by AI
Vasili and Lidiya are architects. The same drawings that become our paper fabric lamps become these templates: sketched by hand, modelled in 3D, then unfolded flat and tested by folding them for real. Free templates found online are usually machine-unfolded from a downloaded 3D file, which is why the tabs so often do not meet. Ours are drawn to be assembled by a person at a kitchen table.
