Shipping policy

• We ship to the countries available at checkout. Lamps and DIY kits currently ship to the Netherlands and most of Europe (EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Monaco and Serbia), the United States and Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and selected countries in Asia and the Middle East. Availability can differ by product; if your country is not offered at checkout, please contact us.
• We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. We usually dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days, depending on the quantity ordered.
• Orders are usually delivered within 3-14 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination (see estimated shipping times below). We would be happy to calculate the estimated delivery time of your order upon request. Just mail us what products you are looking to order and the delivery address.
• We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but can't guarantee them.
Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping provider, the shipping method you choose, and delays due to customs in non-EU countries.
If you wish your order delivered by a specific day, just drop us a line. We provide you with a shipping quote.
