These Terms of Service apply when you visit vasililights.com or purchase products from Vasili Lights. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referred to below.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that you have under mandatory consumer law.

3. Products
We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and other visual details may appear differently depending on your screen and device.
Product descriptions, dimensions, materials, included components and other product-specific information shown on the relevant product page form part of your purchase. Please review this information before placing an order.
Products and product variants may be changed, discontinued or become unavailable without prior notice.
4. Orders and formation of the contract
Products displayed in the online store are an invitation to place an order. After you submit an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if, for example, the product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, delivery is not possible, or the store contains an evident pricing or product-information error. If payment has already been collected, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
Please check the delivery address and other order information carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected for your market. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and the final order total are shown during checkout.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. An order may be processed only after the selected payment method has been successfully authorised.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed to a specific binding date. Delays outside our reasonable control may occur, but this does not affect rights granted to consumers by mandatory law.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, generally within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

Any statutory withdrawal, refund or cancellation rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please contact us promptly if a product arrives damaged, is faulty or differs from what you ordered. Include your order number and, where useful, photographs showing the issue.
Your rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are governed by applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy restricts those statutory rights.

Please follow the product information, assembly instructions and safety information supplied with the product or made available on our website.
DIY products require assembly by the customer. Product-specific requirements and included components are stated on the relevant product page or in the accompanying instructions.

The designs, photographs, illustrations, text, branding, logos and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to Vasili Lights and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website and its content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent orders or infringe the rights of Vasili Lights or another person.
We may restrict access or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary to protect the store, our customers or our legal rights.

The website may use services or contain links provided by third parties, including payment, delivery, review, social-media and e-commerce service providers.
Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services that are outside our reasonable control.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
15. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you where reasonably possible and take appropriate steps. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These Terms and purchases made through this website are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protection available under the law of the country where you habitually reside.
