A koi in warm amber, the one piece in the collection that glows gold rather than white. The Ember Koi is named for that warmth: lit, the whole shade turns the color of a low, steady flame. A small red marking sits on its side, a quiet heart for anyone who looks closely. It holds the same wabi-sabi restraint as the rest, warmth without fuss.

What makes it special

Ember Koi arrives fully assembled and ready to hang, no crafting required. Each one is cut, folded, and painted by hand from washable paper fabric. Lit, the amber body and gold cutouts glow from within, so the lamp itself carries a warm, close light rather than casting it across a room. It works as a centerpiece in a bedroom, a reading nook, a lounge, or a hallway that could use a little heat.

Our lights are handmade by hand in the Netherlands on a small scale. As a result, kindly allow for a processing time of 1-3 business days.
