The Moonlight Koi is the most pared-back piece in the collection: a pure white body with no markings, pierced by hundreds of tiny gold cutouts that warm to a soft glow when lit. It sits in the spirit of Japanese minimalism and wabi-sabi, the beauty of simple, natural, imperfect form, and asks nothing of a room but a little stillness.

What makes it special

Moonlight Koi arrives fully assembled and ready to hang, no crafting required. Each one is cut, folded, and finished by hand from washable paper fabric, then shaped into a single sculptural form. Lit, the gold pinholes glow from the inside, so the lamp itself shimmers softly, close and contained, the way lamplight settles on rice paper. It reads as a calm focal point: a hallway that needs a quiet centerpiece, a bedroom corner, a reading nook, a home office.

Our lights are handmade by hand in the Netherlands on a small scale. As a result, kindly allow for a processing time of 1-3 business days.
